Hey True Believers! Ever wanted to dive into Marvel Comics but didn’t know what was out? Fear no more as we present what’s out on Wednesday this week!
Fantasies and galaxies far, far away return this week as we present the Marvel Comics releases for Nov. 3, 2021.
Eight titles are available to purchase this week from Marvel, with a variety to choose from. While the next issue in the miniseries The Death of Doctor Strange will not release until Nov. 17, two one-shot tie-in issues to the event come out with Death of Doctor Strange: Avengers #1 (a preview of which is now available) and Strange Academy Presents: The Death of Doctor Strange #1. One will focus on the Avengers as they try to combat a “Juggernaut-like monster,” the other involving the students of Strange Academy doing what most kids normally do when their teacher is out and there is no substitute: go home to their parents.

For Star Wars fans, this may be a week you won’t want to miss. Remember Qi’ra? Han Solo’s first love played by actor Emilia Clarke in Solo: A Star Wars Story? Last seen in the film talking to Darth Maul as a member of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate? In this week’s Star Wars #18, Solo’s former flame meets his true love as the issue promises a meeting between Qi’ra and Princess Leia Organa. Being frozen in carbonite will spare Han from dealing with that interaction and situation though.
Of course, for Star Wars enthusiasts and fans of Marvel’s superheroes, there are more titles where those came from. Also releasing this week are Amazing Fantasy #4, Darkhawk #3, Star Wars: Bounty Hunters #17, Winter Guard #3 and X-Men: Legends #8. A good number of those are early on in their limited series, so there is still time to catch up and dive into the issues. The solicitations for this week’s Marvel releases are displayed below in alphabetical order.
All these issues go on sale Nov. 3 from Marvel Comics.
